For a clean swap
- The face must be clearly visible from the very first frame of the video.
- One face in the photo: sharp, straight on, well lit, not covered by hair or hands.
- Photo: JPEG, PNG or WebP, at least 340 × 340 px.
- Video: MP4, MOV or WebM, 3 to 30 seconds, under 100 MB, up to 1920 px on the longest side.
- Links: public TikTok and Instagram posts work best. YouTube links can't be imported.
Post without showing your face
Film the video yourself: your voice, your moves, your timing. Then swap in an avatar, and it becomes the face on screen.
If viewers could take it for real footage, label it as AI-generated when you post it. TikTok and most platforms require it.
