1. Who we are

VidSwapr is an AI face-swap service.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use VidSwapr.

2. Who may use VidSwapr

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use VidSwapr for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in link or password.

3. The face and the video you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your files, send them to our generation provider, and return the result to you.

Before you upload anything, you must have the right to use it.

• The face: it is your own face, or you have the clear and current permission of the person whose face it is.
• The video: you own it, or you have permission to use it, or it is used in a way the law where you live allows.
• Never upload a face of a person under 18.

4. What you may not do

You may not use VidSwapr to:

• Create sexual or intimate content of any real person.
• Make a real person appear to say or do something, in order to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or influence an election.
• Impersonate someone to obtain money, credentials, or access.
• Break the law, or the rules of the platform you post the result on.
• Resell, scrape, or automate the service outside the interface we provide.

5. Label what you publish

A face swap is synthetic media. If you publish a result where a viewer could reasonably believe it is real footage, say that it is AI-generated. Many platforms require this, and so do we.

6. Credits, plans and payment

One swap costs one credit. A monthly plan grants a number of credits each month; a yearly plan is paid for the whole year in advance and grants the credits of its twelve months at once. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Top-up packs add credits that do not expire while your account is open. Payments run through Stripe — we never see your card number.

Plan credits are set, not stacked: at each renewal, monthly or yearly, your plan balance returns to the plan amount and unused plan credits do not carry over. Top-up credits are separate and stay.

If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned automatically. Credits already spent on a delivered result are not refundable. You can cancel a plan at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

A new account that has never paid gets one free swap: the first 10 seconds of a video, at reduced resolution, with a VidSwapr watermark, and not downloadable. It is one per person — a second account of the same person, including one opened with an email alias, does not get another. If it fails on our side, it is returned like a credit. We may change or end the free swap at any time.

7. Videos you import from a link

You can paste a TikTok or Instagram link to import a clip. That import is a convenience, not a grant of rights: the clip still belongs to whoever made it, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.

The trending clips we show are third-party content displayed as examples. Choosing one does not transfer any right in it to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep VidSwapr running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause, or stop features. If we stop the service entirely, we will tell you by email and refund the unused part of a current subscription period.

The service is provided as is. AI results vary in quality, and we do not promise a specific result.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular the rules in sections 3 and 4. Where the law allows, we may report illegal content to the authorities.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use VidSwapr after that means you accept the new version.
